The Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare (MoAFW) on May 17, 2023, notified that Fertiliser (Inorganic, Organic or Mixed) (Control) Fourth Amendment Order, 2023 to further amend the Fertiliser (Inorganic, Organic or Mixed) (Control) Order, 1985.
The following has been stated-
•After the Sixth proviso to sub-clause (3) of clause 8, the “Provided also that the manufacturer of Fermented Organic Manure and Liquid Fermented Organic Manure, shall not be required to obtain the authorisation letter under sub-clause (3) of clause 8 of the said Order for a period of three years from the date of issue of notification " proviso shall be inserted.
It shall come into force on May 17, 2023.
