The Government of Tamil Nadu on May 12, 2023, amends Tamil Nadu Cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1957.
The following has been amended-
•In rule 45, for the expression "Joint Commissioner of Land Administration", the expression "Joint Commissioner of Revenue Administration" shall be substituted.
•In rule 83, in sub-rule (1-B), for the expression "Joint Commissioner of Land Administration", the expression, "Joint Commissioner of Revenue Administration" shall be substituted.
•In rule 115-A,- (a) in sub-rule (9), for the expression "Joint Commissioner of Land Administration" the expression "Joint Commissioner of Revenue Administration" shall be substituted,
•(b) in sub-rule (10), for the expression "Joint Commissioner of Land Administration" the expression "Joint Commissioner of Revenue Administration" shall be substituted,
•In rule 128, for the expression "Joint Commissioner of Land Administration" the expression "Joint Commissioner of Revenue Administration" shall be substituted.
•In rule 128-A, for the expression "Joint Commissioner of Land Administration" the expression "Joint Commissioner of Revenue Administration" shall be substituted.
