The University Grants Commission (UGC) on May 18, 2023, issued a notification regarding the UTSAH (Undertaking Transformative Strategies and Actions in Higher Education) Portal.
The following has been stated namely: -
• The UTSAH Portal will serve as a comprehensive platform providing detailed information about UGCs initiatives for qualitative reforms in higher education. Furthermore, it will also serve as a repository for Regulations, Guidelines, and Frameworks issued by the UGC, ensuring easy accessibility for all stakeholders through hyperlinks.
• The UTSAH Portal must be logged in to using the AISHE code of the institution and information must be furnished on various activities falling under the identified thrust areas for reforms in higher education.
• The information may be updated on a monthly basis
• The UTSAH Portal shall be open 24/7 throughout the year
