Secretarial ComplianceThe National Stock Exchange (NSE) on May 22, 2023, issued Clarification on Collateral reporting against Short Allocation of Collaterals for Currency Derivatives, Commodity Derivatives, Capital Market, and F & O.

The members are requested to note the following: 

• For each reason code, the collateral available amount needs to be mandatorily mentioned, failing which shortfall shall be calculated considering collateral available as ‘0’. 

• If there is more than one reason code applicable for a record as per SA04/ SA05, then for each reason code, a separate row should be uploaded.
