Secretarial ComplianceThe Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on May 25, 2023, notified regarding the Operations of Trading Terminals. 

The members are requested to select relations namely Employee, Dealer, Remisier, and registered authorized persons (AP) or employee of an AP in the option “Relationship with an approved user using TWS/ETI” in the dealer registration module form at the time of requesting a user id creation request or reporting of ETI/dealer terminal in relevant modules of UCC interface.

The exchange shall provide a window on the UCC interface for members to place requests for changing the relationship of existing ETI User's Ids. Details and release dates of the said functionality shall be communicated separately.

Members are requested to ensure that all the user ids/ETI ids are updated with the correct relationships mentioned above by August 31, 2023. Further, members must also ensure that whenever a User of the Member ceases to act in such or any capacity with the Member, user id disablement/16-digit terminal deactivation/username change requests are submitted to the Exchange within 24 hours on the dealer registration module.

Failure to upload the details by a member, or any discrepancies observed in the data uploaded by the trading member to the Exchange w.r.t user ids/ETI ids, shall attract penalty/disciplinary actions as prescribed by the Exchange from time to time.
