It is reminded to submit the Internal Audit Report on or before May 31, 2023, through BEFS (BSE Electronic Filing System) in the prescribed format and comply with the regulatory requirements to avoid any penal charges/disciplinary action for the non/late submission of the report in accordance with Exchange notice no. 20220601-52 dated June 01, 2022.
