The Government of Kerala on May 26, 2023, issued a notification regarding the information that should be entered into the Posh portal.
Heads of establishments having 10 or more employees (permanent and temporary) under the POSH ACT, 2013 enacted to prevent sexual violence against women and to create an environment for all women to work with dignity and safety, information, grievance information and report of the internal committee constituted under the POSH ACT in their establishment posh.wcd.kerala.gov.in should be recorded in Female employees of public/private institutions with less than ten employees in the local committee, women working in the unorganized sector, the number of complaints submitted, local committee information and information regarding the report should be recorded in the portal by the officer appointed by the respective district collector.
