Industry Specific ComplianceThe Ministry of Textiles on May 25, 2023, issued a notification regarding the Geo Textiles (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2022 to further amend the Geo Textiles (Quality Control) Order, 2022.

The following has been amended namely: -

• In Paragraph 1 which states “Short title and Commencement” for sub-paragraph (2), the following subparagraph shall be substituted, namely: - 

“(2) This order shall come into force on the 7th October 2023.”
