The National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) on May 25, 2023, issued a Reminder for submission of the Internal Audit Report for the half year ended March 31, 2023.
The following has been stated namely: -
• The trading members/clearing members were to carry out a complete internal audit for the half-year ended March 31, 2023.
• Members are reminded to submit the Internal Audit Report on or before May 31, 2023, through the Inspection module in the Member Portal in the prescribed format and comply with the regulatory requirements to avoid any penal charges/disciplinary action for the non/late submission of the report.
