BSE notified regarding the Single Order Quantity Limit in Index Derivatives contracts of Equity Derivatives Segment

Secretarial ComplianceThe Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on May 26, 2023, issued a notification regarding the Single Order Quantity Limit in Index Derivatives contracts of Equity Derivatives Segment.

The following has been stated namely: -

• The below mentioned single order quantity limit shall be applicable for derivative contracts on below mentioned Indices with effect from May 29, 2023.

• All orders having a quantity more than the respective single order limit specified for derivative contracts on below mentioned Indices shall be rejected by the Exchange.

1. SENSEX – 500 

2. BANKEX – 600 

3. SENSEX50 – 1800 

There is an existing functionality in RTRMS Zero Terminal that allows members to set trader level single order quantity limits and single order value limits.
