Industry Specific Compliance The Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (MoCF) on May 26, 2023, published the Polyester Staple Fibres (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2023 to further amend the Polyester Staple Fibres (Quality Control) Order, 2022

This shall come into force on May 26, 2023

The following has been amended namely: -

• in paragraph 1 which states "Short title commencement and Applicability" after sub-paragraph (3), the following proviso shall be inserted, namely: -

"Provided that nothing in this Order shall apply to Low Melt Polyester Fibres
