The Ministry of Finance (MoF) on May 23, 2023, issued a notification regarding the amendment to notification no. 12/97-CUSTOMS (N. T.) related to the appointment of places for the purpose of Unloading imported goods and loading export goods
The following has been amended namely: -
• In the said notification, in the Table, against serial number 4 relating to the State of Gujarat, in column (3), after the entry at item (xv) and the corresponding entry in column (4), the following item and entries shall be inserted, namely: —
(3) (4) “(xvi) Village Dahej, Taluka Vagra, Distt, Bharuch Unloading of imported goods and loading of export goods"
