The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on May 29, 2023, issued a notification regarding the Applicability of GST No. for transactions on the NDS-RST Platform
This has a reference to Notice No. 20230519-11 dated May 19, 2023, related to the Settlement Charges in respect of deals reported on BSE – NDS, RFQ, etc. for settlement.
The following has been stated namely: -
• it states that the Members and Participants registered on NDS-RST (ICDM) platform are informed that entering GST No. shall be mandatory.
• It is to be noted that the note that above-stated notice shall be applicable to all NDS-RST (ICDM) platform users from May 29, 2023.
• The detailed process has been attached as Annexure.
