The Government of Madhya Pradesh on May 25, 2023, issued a notification regarding the exemption of the whole market fee payable.
The following has been stated namely: -
• This is subject to the conditions specified in the Notification No. D-15-11-2005-XIV-3 dated August 01, 2018
• The payment has been exempted to the whole market fee payable under the Madhya Pradesh Krishi Upaj Mandi Adhiniyam, 1972, on the notified agricultural produce of Tuar brought from out of the State (imported) for processing in the Dal Mills established in the market area.
• This is in effect from May 25, 2023, till March 31, 2024.
