The Tripura Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board (TB&OCWW), Tripura on May 18, 2023, issued a notification regarding the deposition of a 1% Labour Cess through an online portal
The following has been stated namely: -
• It is informed to all Government Offices / Establishments / Organizations / State and Central Government Undertaking Establishments that the TB&OCWW Board has introduced an online portal (https://labourcess.tripura.gov.in) for the deposition of 1% Labour Cess under the Building & Other Construction Workers Welfare Cess Act, 1996 and Rules, 1998.
• It is requested to deposit the 1% Labour Cess through the said online portal.
