Labour Compliance The Government of Himachal Pradesh on May 20, 2023, suppressed all previous notifications of this Department regarding opening and closing hours and in pursuance of the provisions contained in section 9 of the Himachal Pradesh Shops And Commercial Establishments Act, 1969, and extend the closing hours of Shops and Commercial Establishments in the State of Himachal Pradesh covered under the said Act from 9:00 P.M. to 11:00 P.M. with immediate effect, till July 31, 2023.
