Secretarial ComplianceThe Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on May 31, 2023, issued a corrigendum on the FAQ for Reporting of Bank Guarantees (BGs) created out of clients’ funds vide NCL circular no NCL/CMPL/56847 dated May 26, 2023.

The following corrigendum has been stated in question no. 6:

• While reporting of BG members should consider the Funded or Non-Funded portion? 

Member needs to consider the amount mentioned for both Funded as well as a non-Funded portions of BG while reporting.
