The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) on May 31, 2023, issued a notification to amend Notification No. 36/2001- Customs (N.T.), dated August 03, 2001, related to the tariff values of Palm Oils, Gold & Silver, and Areca nuts.
The following amendments have been stated:
• Table 1 specifies the traffic values of Palm Oils and Palmolein have been amended.
• Table 2 specifies the traffic values of Gold & Silver have been amended.
• Table 3 specifies the traffic values of Areca nuts have been amended.
This notification will come into force with effect from June 01, 2023.
