The Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare (MoAFW) on May 31, 2023, issued the Plant Quarantine (Regulation of Import into India) (Third Amendment) Order, 2023 to further amend the Plant Quarantine (Regulation of Import into India) Order, 2003.
The following has been amended: -
• In Schedule I of the Plant Quarantine (Regulation of import into India) Order, 2003 under the heading “Airports”, against serial No.18 the following entries shall be replaced, namely: - “Airports - “18. Dabolim (Goa)”
• After serial number 25 the following serial number and entries shall be added, namely: -
“Airports - 26. MoPA (Goa)”
The following has come into force on May 31, 2023
