Pollution Control Committee, DNH & DD, on May 30, 2023, issued a notification regarding the Annual Report (Form-IV) for the Year 2022 with Accident reporting (Form-1) including the NIL report under Bio-Medical Waste Management Rules, 2016.
It is with this informed all the Health Care Facilities (HCFs) and Industrial Establishment generating Bio-Medical Waste located in the Union territory of DNH & DD, is requested to submit the Annual Report (Form-IV) for the Year 2022 from January to December with Accident reporting (Form-1) including NIL report under Bio-Medical Waste Management Rules, 2016 at the earliest.
It is requested to kindly ensure the timely submission of the Annual report in (Form-IV) to the office of the undersigned on or before June 30, 2023,
