DGFT issued a notification regarding the Introduction of an Online facility for requesting appointments for virtual meetings and personal hearings to the exporters from offices of DGFT from June 01, 2023

The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) on June 01, 2023, issued a notification regarding the Introduction of the Online facility of requesting an appointment for virtual meetings and personal hearings to the exporters from offices of DGFT from June 01, 2023.

With the objective of Trade Facilitation and extending proactive hand-holding and support to the exporting community, it is informed that an online facility for requesting appointments for virtual meetings and personal hearings to the exporters is being introduced from June 01, 2023.

The exporters through this facility will be able to request for online personal hearings and the concerned officers at Regional Authorities (RAS) of DGFT shall provide a suitable time as well as a link for the virtual hearing through the online facility.
