Secretarial Compliance The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) on June 03. 2023 published the Limited Liability Partnership (Amendment) Rules, 2023 to further amend the Limited Liability Partnership Rules, 2009

This shall come into force on June 03. 2023

The following has been amended namely: -

• Form 3 which lays down the form of “Information with regard to Limited Liability Partnership Agreement and changes, if any, made therein” shall be substituted.
