The Andhra Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (APERC) on June 02, 2023, issued a public notice to seek comments/suggestions/objections on the Draft Andhra Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Fees) Second Amendment Regulation, 2023.
It is hereby informed to all the stakeholders and interested parties that the draft amendment will be finalized after the expiry of 14 days from today. The comments/suggestions/objections on the draft amendment, if any, may be sent by email to [email protected] or by post to the Commission’s office at Hyderabad to reach the undersigned on or before June 16, 2023, for consideration by the Commission.
