The Government of Madhya Pradesh on June 02, 2023, issued a notification regarding authorizing officers to grant permission to build, alter, and reconstruct the building activities
The following has been stated a namely: -
• It authorizes the officers mentioned in the table against the type category of land specified shall be directed towards issuing the permission for erecting a building or to make any alteration or addition to an existing building to reconstruct a building
• It states that the same fee shall be payable and the same procedure shall be applicable which shall be prescribed by the said departments for the notified industrial areas.
• It further states that the permission shall be presumed to have been granted if no refusal of such permission is communicated by the above authority within 30 days of the receipt of the application.
