Finance & Taxation ComplianceThe Commercial Tax Department, Madhya Pradesh on June 02, 2023, issued an amendment to Schedule I of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002.

The following has been stated namely: -

• Against serial number 47-A, in column (2), for the existing entry, the following entry shall be substituted, namely: -

“Heritage liquor, as declared by the State Government under Section 4 of the Madhya Pradesh Excise Act, 1915.”
