Labour Compliance class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">The Ministry of Labour and Employment (MoL&E) on June 05, 2023, issued a notification declaring the services engaged in the Copper Mining industry to be a public utility service.

The following has been stated namely: -

· It has declared the services engaged in the Copper Mining industry to be a public utility service for a period of six months with effect from June 28, 2023.
