Industry Specific ComplianceThe Industries and Commerce Department, Haryana on June 02, 2023, issued a notification to amend the scheme relating to “Backward and Forward Linkages Scheme”

The following has been amended namely: -

• Clause 1 (1.2) titled ‘Introduction’ has been substituted namely: -

“Maximum of 45 projects shall be eligible to avail this incentive during the policy period”

• Clause 9(9.6) titled ‘Pattern of Assistance’ has been substituted namely: -

“Maximum of 25 projects shall be eligible to avail this incentive during the policy period”
