The Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) on June 09, 2023, issued a circular regarding the Rules of business- Reallocation of Activities- In-principle approvals for Hospitals/ Dispensaries/ Office Buildings, etc.
The following has been stated namely: -
• This has a reference to the instruction issued vide No. W-11/12/1/Policy matter/2022-PMD dated May 17, 2023, related to the Rules of Business- Reallocation of Activities- In-principle approvals for Hospitals/ Dispensaries/ Office Buildings, etc.
• it is observed that proposals for setting up/ upgradation/construction of ROs/SROs/ DCBOs/Hospitals/Dispensaries/ Staff Qtrs. Are being sent directly to Property Management Division in spite of clear-cut directions.
• It is requested that the proposal of setting up/upgradation construction of ROs/SR0s/DCBOs/Hospitals/Dispensaries/Staff Qtrs. maybe send it to the concerned division of Hqrs. office for further examination and obtaining in-principle approval of the Competent Authority and thereafter the concerned division may send the approved proposal to Property Management Division for further action.
