The Ministry of Textiles on June 09, 2023, issued a notification to amend the Production Linked Incentive Scheme for Textiles dated September 24, 2021.
The Production Linked Incentive Scheme for Textiles vides Notification No. 12015/03/2020-IT dated September 24, 2021, wherein the list of Technical Textiles products was at Annexure III. It was mentioned that the HS codes are indicative and the final product list with 8-digit HS code level will be notified along with Scheme Guidelines. Scheme Guidelines were issued on 28th December 2021. Since the HS codes were under development when giving scheme guidelines, columns for HSN codes and descriptions for some products were mentioned as ―To Be Notified. Now, after detailed deliberations List of Technical Textiles Products under Annexure-III of Notification No. 12015/03/2020-IT dated 24th September 2021 is amended as mentioned in the document attached.
