The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on June 09, 2023, notified regarding the Submission of Compliance Letter - Advisory for SEBI Regulated Entities (REs) regarding compliance reporting of Cyber security best practices.
The following has been stated:
• As per the advisory “Regulated Entities” are required to submit compliance with prescribed cyber security best practices in a format agreed by all exchanges, which is attached as Annexure 1.
• The report should be submitted in pdf document format digitally signed by the CISO and Compliance Head / Designated Directors of the regulated entities.
• All trading members are advised to submit compliance status to the Exchange latest by September 30, 2023. This compliance report shall be submitted through an email to bse.msc(at)bseindia.com with the subject line “Regulated Entities: Cybersecurity best practices Compliance Reporting.
