Finance & Taxation Compliance The Government of Meghalaya on May 30, 2023, issued a notification to amend Notification no. 13/2020 (State Tax) dated March 21, 2020, related to the preparation of e-invoices and other prescribed documents for registered persons.

The following has been amended namely: -

In the said notification, in the first paragraph, with effect from August 01, 2023, for the words “ten crore rupees”, the words “five crore rupees” have been substituted.
