Industry Specific Compliance The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) on June 09, 2023, extended the last date for filing Annual Returns for FY 2022-23 till June 30, 2023.

Further, as per the order dated December 18, 2020, it is reiterated that only online Annual Returns submitted through FoSCOS [https://foscos.fssai.gov.in] will be accepted.
