Finance & Taxation Compliance The Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) on June 12, 2023, issued a notification to amend notification no. S.O. 1790(E), dated June 05, 2017.

The following amendments have been stated:

In the Table, after serial number 22, the following serial number and entries relating thereto shall be inserted, namely: - “23 - 2023-24 - 348”.

This notification shall come into force with effect from April 01, 2024.
