Industry Specific ComplianceThe Government of Himachal Pradesh on June 14, 2023, published a notification regarding the amendment to the Himachal Pradesh Sweets (Manufacture) Rules, 1988.

This shall come into force with effect from April 01, 2023 

The following has been amended namely: -

• in sub-rule (2) of Rule 17-B, for the words sign figure “Rs. 50,000/- “the words, signs, and figure “Rs. 30,000/- “shall be substituted.
