The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on June 14, 2023, issued a notification regarding the Filing of the Annual Secretarial Compliance Report (ASCR) in XBRL format on the BSE Listing Center
The following has been stated namely: -
The facility for filing of ASCR under Regulation 24A of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI LODR) in XBRL Mode will be available with effect from June 15, 2023.
The due date for submission of the Secretarial Compliance Report in XBRL format for the Financial Year March 31, 2023, is June 30, 2023.
It may be noted that XBRL utility for the above-mentioned subjects is available in the XBRL section of the Listing Centre.
