The Government of Madhya Pradesh on June 14, 2023, issued a notification regarding the amendment to the Madhya Pradesh Motor Vehicles Rules, 1994
The following has been amended namely: -
• In Rule 64 which states “Regional Transport Authority” in sub-rule (1) for the words “Regional Transport officer” the words “Assistant Regional Transport officer” for the words Additional Transport officer”, the words “Assistant Regional Transport officer”, and for the words “Assistant Regional Transport officer”, the words “Transport Inspector” shall be substituted.
