The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on June 16, 2023, notified regarding the enhancement in the Regulatory Indicator file format with reference to Exchange Circular No. 20230602-44 dated June 02, 2023.
Trading members are requested to note that specific enhancements have been done in the Regulatory Indicator file to identify the securities under Enhanced Surveillance Measure for Micro-Small Companies.
The changes in the file have been highlighted in the enclosed file format as ANNEXURE along with a sample file.
The Trading Members, empanelled trading application vendors (using IML/ETI APIs) as well as back-office vendors are requested to take note of the same and make necessary changes to their respective applications, as applicable. The regulatory Indicator file shall be made live from July 10, 2023, in the Equity segment.
