The National Stock Exchange (NSE) on June 19, 2023, issued a notification regarding a reminder for submission of the System Audit Report for the period ended March 31, 2023.
This has reference to the Exchange circular requiring all the members to submit the System Audit Report for the period ended March 31, 2023, to the Exchange on or before June 30, 2023.
The submission of the System Audit Report is mandatory for all Members as per the applicability criteria given in ‘Annexure A’ of the aforementioned circular. Submission is to be made electronically through ENIT Member Portal on or before the due date, to avoid any penal/disciplinary action, as prescribed in the Exchange Circular NSE/INSP/56731 dated May 17, 2023.
