The National Stock Exchange (NSE) on June 19, 2023, issued a Reminder for the Submission of the Cyber Security and Cyber Resilience Audit Report for the period ended March 31, 2023
This has reference to Exchange circular reference no. NSE/INSP/56734 dated May 17, 2023, requiring all the members to submit the Cyber Security and Cyber Resilience Audit Report for the period ended March 31, 2023, to the Exchange on or before June 30, 2023.
The following has been stated namely: -
• It states that The submission of the Cyber Security & Cyber Resilience Audit Report is mandatory for all active Members of the Exchange (i.e., Members who have executed even a single trade during the aforementioned period). Submission is to be made electronically through ENIT Member Portal on or before the due date, to avoid any penal/disciplinary action, as prescribed in the Exchange Circular NSE/INSP/56734 dated May 17, 2023.
• The Members are advised to take note of the above and comply.
