The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on June 21, 2023, issued a circular regarding the Online update of Trading Member details through the BSE Electronic Filing System
The following has been stated namely: -
• This is in continuation to the Exchange notice no. 20130412-6 dated April 12, 2013, and notice no. 20161128-23 dated November 28, 2016, advising the Trading Members to update the Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) details on an ongoing basis on BEFS.
• It has updated the KMP details on BEFS please refer to the below-mentioned path:
Path: BEFS portal under Menu --> Key Management Personnel Details --> Entry Form (KMP)
• In case there is any change in the KMP the Members are advised to update the same on an immediate basis.
