Industry Specific Compliance The Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (MoCF) on June 21, 2023, published the Toluene (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2023 to further amend the Toluene (Quality Control) Order, 2021

The following has been stated namely: -

• In paragraph 1 which states “Short title, Commencement, and Application” for sub-paragraph (2), the following subparagraph shall be substituted, namely: —

“(2) It shall come into force on the 22nd day of December, 2023.”
