Industry Specific Compliance The Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (MoCF) on June 21, 2023, published the n- Butyl Acrylate (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2023

The following has been amended namely: -

• In paragraph 1 which states “Short title, Commencement, and Application” for sub-paragraph (2), the following subparagraph shall be substituted, namely: —

“(2) It shall come into force on the 22nd day of December, 2023.”
