The Municipal of Rudrapur, Uttrakhand on June 21, 2023, issued a notification regarding the rebate of tax on residential and non-residential buildings

The following has been stated namely: -

• It has fixed a rebate of 5 percent on residential buildings and a 2 percent of rebate on non-residential buildings on depositing the house tax for the financial year 2023-24 by June 30, 2023.

• It states that any person who does not deposit the amount, and give the description correctly shall be liable for payment of a fine of up to Rs. 15, 000/-
