Secretarial Compliance The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on June 23, 2023, notified regarding the amendments to the Bye-laws and Regulations of the Exchange.

The members of the Exchange are hereby informed that amendments have been carried out to the Bye-laws and Regulations of the Exchange as per Annexure I enclosed herein.
