Finance & Taxation Compliance The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) on June 23, 2023, issued a notification to amend Chapter 10 of Hand Book of Procedures 2023.

The following has been amended:

• In para 10, Para 10.16(A) Procedure for grant of General Authorization for Export of Drones (GAED) has been added.

Effect of this Public Notice: The procedure for grant of General Authorization for Export of Drones (GAED) for the export of drones/UAVs under the Category 5B, along with the new Aayat Niryat Form (ANF) 10G for applying under GAED is notified.
