The Department of Food Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Himachal Pradesh on June 16, 2023, issued the notification fixing the maximum retail prices (inclusive of all taxes and other incidental charges) for certain items.
The following has been stated namely: -
• The table with the name of the articles and the Maximum retail price has been stated
• Every dealer/shopkeeper shall issue a cash memo to each consumer and keep a duplicate copy of the same for inspection purposes.
• The dealer/shopkeeper shall display the price list of these commodities at the entrance/conspicuous place in the “Devnagri” script at their business premises, which shall be signed and dated by the Owner/Partner/Manager
This shall come into force on June 16, 2023
