The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) on June 23, 2023, issued a notification regarding the amendment under Appendix 2T (List of Export Promotion Councils/Commodity Boards/Export Development Authorities) of Appendices and ANFS of FTP 2023.
The amendment is as follows-
In the exercise of powers conferred under paragraphs 1.03 and 2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP) 2023 a new entry at Sl.No. 38 in Appendix 2T of FTP 2023 is inserted.

Accordingly, Export Promotion Council for Medical Devices has been included in Appendix 2T for issuing Registration-Cum-Membership Certificates (RCMC) for the items listed in the table above. The RCMC issued by EEPC INDIA till the date of issue of this Public Notice shall remain valid till its expiry.
Export Promotion Council for Medical Devices has been included in Appendix 2T of FTP 2023 for issuing RCMC for specific items, with immediate effect.
