The Ministry of Labour and Employment (MoL&E) on June 23, 2023, issued a notification to declare services under certain Industries as Public Utility Services.
The following has been stated namely: -
• The following industrial undertakings under the Ministry of Finance have been stated namely: -
1. India Government Mints, Kolkata, Noida, Mumbai, and Hyderabad
2. India Security Press, Nashik
3. Security Printing Press, Hyderabad
4. Security Paper Mill, Hoshangabad
5. Services in the Bank Note Press, Dewas
6. Currency Note Press, Nashik Road
This is in force for six months from July 30, 2023.
