Finance & Taxation Compliance The Government of Madhya Pradesh on June 15, 2023, amended the Madhya Pradesh Municipalities (Accounts and Finance) Rules, 2018.

The amendments are as follows-

In the Said Rules; For rule 238, the following shall be substituted, namely-

238-Technical Sanction- Powers to accord technical sanction to final detailed plan and estimates shall vest with the competent authorities.
