Commercial Compliance The Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) on June 23, 2023, issued a corrigendum to the older Notification No. HQ-PUB013/1/2020-PUB-BIS (589) dated 12 May 2023 (Published on 15 May 2023) related to the date of establishment and withdrawal of Methods of Test for Rubber, Vulcanized, or Thermoplastic

The following has been rectified namely: -

• Sl No. 18 which states “IS 12540: 2023 Acrylonitrile — Specification (First Revision)” in column (5) of the schedule notifying withdrawal of IS 12540: 1988 — Substitute ‘12 December 2023’ for ‘12 June 2023’.
